OUR TEAM
Being on OLMA’s Crew is being a part of a team. The team will not succeed if all girls are not putting all they can into it. At least 100% commitment and teamwork is required from every member of the crew. Poor attitudes will not be tolerated from any member.
All members of OLMA's Girls Crew are expected to

Maintain a high standard of academic achievement with no failing grades

Display positive Christian Behavior and good sportsmanship at all times.

Rowers need to be in good physical health

All rowers must be at ALL practices once the spring season begins.
WHERE WE ROW
We practice approximately 5-6 times per week, depending on scheduled regattas. Our boathouse is loacted at Harris Industrial Park. The address of our boathouse is 328 S. Second Street, Millville, NJ 08332. Once you have entered the property, follow the green signs for VHS Crew.
We participate in races both on the Schulykill River in Philadelphia and the Cooper River in Camden. Directions to both of these event sites can be found on our direction page.
COACHES
The coach is Suzi Blough and Daniella Morrow. She has years of experience enjoying the competitive sport of rowing. In addittion to coaching, Suzi also teachers at Our Lady of Mercy Academy. She teaches all levels of mathmatics . Having a coach in the school building is a benefit for communication with rowers.
